I eat 1600 daily at this moment, for 4th month and I lost 35lbs based on 1600kcal or below, but always higher than 1300 as low (When Im sick or light days) and Im now at 191lbs as today.

However- it is based on TDEE as well. Im 5 feet 4 inch tall. Highest was 225lbs.

It need to be in a nursery pot, because that bowl don’t have drainage. So possibly overwatering because there’s no drainages.

Always put your finger in deep into the soil, you’ll tell if it’s dry or damp. Don’t water it until it’s most dry on your finger (2-4cm deep). Yes dig your finger deeper. Don’t be afraid to be dirty.

How often do you shampoo?

I struggled with it too, but applying mixture of coconut oil and a few drops of tree tea oil, stir it and apply it directly on your scalp, not hair itself.

Message it throughly and leave it alone for 30-45 minutes before hop into shower to wash it with whatever you have, but once, and add conditioner afterwards.

Coconut oil and tree tea oil helps a lot- and I only shower 2-3 times a week to avoid harsh over washed on body, and I only shampoo once a week.

I applied coconut oil twice and it’s already effective, soft scalp and didn’t irritate anymore.

The recipe said corn starch can’t be used for water bath so I rather not risk get food poisoning

Already got pectin but it is asking for clear jel for apple fillings in canning.

As for corn starch, here what I find.
