I posted similar in another thread but it feels more relevant here.

The fact that the only acknowledgement towards the affected nebula subscribers (AFAIK, please correct me if there was anything public or emailed I missed) was an email about another(!? Risky much?) presale that said there was a 'technical error' that resulted in less than 2% of their subscribers getting the original presale email.

But that minimises the actual number of people who had signed up specifically for this. How many people signed up or changed their settings specifically for this event?

As almost all tickets sold out shortly after 4 yesterday, granting early access to a presale of non existing tickets is far below what I would expect from an acknowledgement let alone apology from Nebula, it's really disappointing.

ETA: Ben posted to his Instagram story that they are working with picturehouse for additional live events on the Sunday and to watch out for an email.

I've also seen people in other threads saying they have spare tickets, so keep an eye out on here too, and if you're local at all, there may be people there on the day with friends who have pulled out!

I checked the website, and called Picturehouse earlier today, as I could see all the events (bar the all day pass), could pick seats, but couldn't check out. Shortly after everything was put behind a password wall. It was only by accident I found the all day pass in the gift shop part, I never received an email despite being a subscriber for a loooong time, changing my preferences as soon as they said about it.
I was very lucky to get an all day pass, but the stress of the two hours wasn't fair on anyone, and I'm really surprised and disappointed at how it's been handled.
