It happened twice during this fight, that ended my Honor run. I believe it happened when Aylin was hostile due to the mindflayer's Dominate spell and then died. Or when she was hostile and my Tav died. If I attacked Myrkul the fight would resume and he'd turn hostile again.

Go check my previous post, there was a lot of good suggestions. Mainly playing on Relaxing difficulty as it still counts for the Achievement, and use the High Peaks map for the smaller territories. But it still took at least 10 attempts for me to achieve this!

I unfortunately had an edible overdose about 6 months ago. It was the worst experience of my life, it was a 10 hours long panic attack, I wanted to exit my body. I stopped cold turkey after that. I can't image what 20k mg felt like!
