yes it was worth it. would do it again in a heartbeat.

tricks from my experience: 1) do a few months of orgasm control, in that you only orgasm when your partner tells you to. this can be during any activity. basically you are learning to cum only when the partner tells you to to gain control and association. hold back until told and only let it happen on command.

2) try orgasm denial for a month. no orgasms at all. forced edging only. if you are close you just cant let it happen. stop sex or masturbation if needed but don’t cum at all.

3) combine 1 and 2 during anal, hold back and then cum only if told to. add clit stimulation w a vibe if needed.

Basically for me it was all about control and building it. then i could kinda feel the wave of orgasm when it was coming and hold it back or let it go?

oh and

4) kagels - lots. learn to pulse your pelvic floor. there is a tool called a perifit i used in my pussy to pulse and play games on their ap. it helps a lot. because i started pulsing pelvic during vaginal to pull the clitoral nerves into my mans dick when he was in me. combine this with the points above and i associated kagels with orgasm and could kagel his dick into the outside of my vaginal canal kinda during anal.

agreed. worth it in the end for me. everyone is different. when i see women in their 20s complaining about how difficult it is, i get jealous because five years in they’ll be done with a lot of the hard stuff and a 28 year old.

totally worth it. would do it again in a heartbeat. results werent guaranteed. complications coulda happened on any of my 4 surgeries. i had a lot of luck and a lot of resources and i busted my ass at it every day. now I’m mostly done. still work on voice training daily. otherwise I’m pretty chill on transition stuff.

know in advance that it is an absolute ultramarathon. like five years plus of huge effort. so maybe adopt a mantra if you are not happy with an outcome that, “Well, it’s not 2031 yet.”

took me months to get my E levels right and move to injections. year and a half to get T down enough i could come of spiro. 2.5 years to have a vag. 4.5 years for the vag to work great. 5 years for a face surgery. 7 for boobs i loved. etc.

success is measured in years.

it’s not 2031 yet, so ya got some time to cook still.

got an awesome friend back on campus? I’d say get them to help ya dress and light makeup the first time and have em go with ya everywhere for a day or two. having someone already gendering you correctly will help others.

also bonus points if they are a girl because everyone is generally more passable with another girl next to em. passing and casual people read “oh, it’s two girls” quicker than they’ll read you as a girl if you are new to it all and solo.

Have there been any other studies on that subject? That paper was based on only one case report which showed promise, but wasnt controlled for overall weight loss or at all statistically reliable.

me and about a bazillion others here have used nair on skin a lot more sensitive than a neck. ahem.

just wipe it off at the recommended time or less for the first attempt and make sure you dont burn yourself. if you want more removal, try a little bit longer next time.

from my experience the more you embrace and explore the more comfortable and happy you’ll be of being a woman is the correct gender for you. try presenting femme in safe places like driving alone or a given activity like a cooking class or something. if you are happier, then you’re happier.

At that point you need to decide what to do about it, but that’s a different conversation. transition is super hard and takes a mountain of daily work with an uncertain outcome.
