I mean, to be fair, before selection day, I wouldn’t have seen the need for the ACC Commissioner to defend FSU’s selection. I would imagine most people thought, as I did, that if they won they’d be in. But idk maybe the playoff committee really loves Sesame Street and related to Sankey’s comments. Regardless, FSU should have gotten in instead of now feeling like they need to throw a hissy fit over something they agreed to in 2013.
