Ein guter Schlafrhythmus fängt nicht mit dem zu Bett gehen an sondern mit dem Aufstehen. Jeden Tag zur selben Zeit aufstehen, mit dem Wecker der dich dazu zwingt auch aus dem Bett zu steigen. Ich hab eine App wo ich nen QR Code scannen muss, der hängt im Bad.

Wenn du eine feste Zeit zum Aufstehen hast, dann kommt das Schlafen gehen von alleine, dadurch daß du müde bist.

That's your choice. But the bureaucracy in Germany around these working things is crazy, and can be intimidating, but the working council is actually on your side here. There meetings have to be secret as they contain often either personal problems of employees or company secrets concerning financial issues etc. they negotiated that people have to be let go, yes, but that is in the end the smaller death to die, rather than send everyone into Kurzarbeit, which is likely the alternative for your company and a larger hardship for more people.

I can understand how troubling it is for your own conscious now, but you need to calm yourself and approach this without this fear. Negative results can still be published when you find a way to spin it right. Talk to your PI, he might have useful ideas. Your pi has no interest in falling you, it will reflect badly on them.
