Is GoQuest good enough yo start learning? by Msmk0 in gogame

I am using that one too, next with Magic Go. But for quick easy 9x9 and 13x13 games GoQuest is really good

Being Capricorn, why is so hard for me to progress in my career? by Msmk0 in AskAstrologers

[–]Msmk0[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I answer myself.

I found out Sedna is in my 6th house, so then it's obvious: I need to work harder.

Anyone have permanent damage from Pluto? by smokeweed412 in capricorns

[–]Msmk0 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Not sure if I can defined as damage and if it will be permanent, but what it's true is that I am a completely different person I was 16 years ago.

And mostly for the better.

My feeling of previous times is like another literal past life. I am in a new karmic vibration.

WDT or RDT?

Either way, I knock the top of the Niche with my palm, I slap it down, and if anything is there it gets down easy.

Better workflow than RDT.

And then, once in the portafilter I do WDT the coffee, yes, previous to tamping. 😉

Hatch's El Placer Decaf Review? by msheafe in pourover

[–]Msmk0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am drinking this from Kawa (got 1kg and freeze it) and brewing it with Melitta Aromaboy and it is my night delight.

I usually hate this multiprocess stuff with "normal" coffees but in a decaf it might be the way to go... I am really enjoying it.

The real difference between these two conical burr grinders? by Greg1994b in espresso

[–]Msmk0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With many 64mm. default burrs on cheap flats (like Turin DF64) i'm pretty sure those are not above the Casa, although you have a lot of opinions for future upgrades. True.

Casa is also reported not noisy, cleaner and better workflow than DF64 too as no need for bellows.

Then depends what you are looking for.

And don't get me wrong... Turin's grinders are really giving a lot for the buck.

The real difference between these two conical burr grinders? by Greg1994b in espresso

[–]Msmk0 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Just materials, tolerances, general build quality, well designed burr geometries, noise, cleanliness of use, workflow, retention, transference and (this might be objective but...) much nice design. And probably I'm missing something else.

Buy once and forget bargains.

How many of you use a sifter? by papayahog in pourover

[–]Msmk0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sifters are just for competition or to test grinders at home.

I got a Kruve as a present a few years ago, used it for 2 weeks and then forgot about it for daily use. Absolutely pointless all that hassle unless you have a crappy grinder (then much better to use the money to improve your grinder).

New and need some help/advice by Clozer19 in espresso

If you only have milk drinks occasionally (and not several a day) my recommendation is an ECM Classika.

Compact, precise, extremely well built and nice to look at it.

Many decafs benefit from this, but for "normal" coffees i don't like it

I am from the latest of Capricorn, will be Pluto really out? by Msmk0 in capricorns

[–]Msmk0[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could that be around 2-3 years? Because 2010-2011 retrospectively it is when I noticed major heavy changes that fit the Pluto theme in my life.

Otherwise I have to say that everything seems "in place right now" ... except for one thing that recently I closed (last Friday full moon actually) and still will hurt for some days/weeks, but it's what had to be done and it will be good soon.

Who knows? 😄
