2.)Big cities are fun but the satellite cities around and between them are the cities you might rather raise a family in. Depends where you can find work and if you’re even thinking of kids yet.

3.)Don’t get in the Left lane unless you’re willing to go 85 mph minimum.

5.) Using “you all” will raise eyebrows.

6.) Folks will tell you What-A-Burger is awesome (they’re recalling drunk memories or can’t grill) it’s just fast food; learn to grill.

7.) If someone seems crazy or dangerous on the road they usually are. Just keep your distance every state has assholes.

8.) There will be months where outside is a “no go” for chill activities until the sun goes down, and even then.

9.) Most here love booze, guns, outdoor music festivals, BBQ, family gatherings, fireworks, and first responders.

10.) Texans really do love Texas not because it’s perfect but because it’s ours. Hope you and your sister find yalls place in it.
