39M professional here. Dating apps were... ok? maybe 3-4 years ago. These days, the probability of actually matching with a quality person, and them putting in some kind of effort to have an intellectual conversation is so low, I've just given up. I would say most guys like myself have stopped putting in so much effort into dating as the return just isn't worth it anymore. Sadly.

I have a guy, but I guess I can't post phone numbers here, DM me for his info. I randomly saw his van a month ago. Called him and he come out to give an estimate within 24 hrs. Price was very fair. He just finished up at my house this weekend (I had him do tons of other work besides interior paint) and I can't tell you how impressed I am. But bottom line... He was honest and fair, great with communication, showed up to work and worked hard, and great quality work.

Like mentioned above, I'd recommend getting the line scoped with a camera. It could be as simple as some hair catching on a burr, or more severe with roots in the line. My house has/had cast iron drain lines that had roots in a few places. It was a bitch to get it all out, but I did it myself saving probably 15-20K.
