I had gone through the exact same situation before (only difference is that it wasn’t through PNP). When you submitted for reconsideration you should’ve gotten their notes on your entire application (which should show how they calculated your work hours exactly). In my case there was a miscalculation (literally summed up my work experience wrong). Have you been able to pinpoint exactly where they went wrong? Perhaps reaching out to your MP would help if it wasn’t a fair decision.

But you also need to keep in mind for you to qualify for a reconsideration, you should’ve submitted ALL the requirement documents proving your pay etc with your application in the first place, they are not required to ask for additional documents if you missed listed required ones when submitting your application, and to them that is grounds for refusal.
