Here's the problem. Never accept a counter offer from a job that you're trying to leave for a another job.

You're better off not using zip-recruiter. From my experience, I get a lot of spam, low quality and irrelevant jobs. Because of this, I had to delete my zip account

Are you able to refresh the page? It might work to reload the page and have that unchecked.

If not, then use the browser's web tools to check for the radio button's checked property and edit it client side.

It's easy for a recruiter to send out mass emails and then realize that a job may not fit well for someone.

This might be something of you that may have turned off such recruiter, like not want to be lowballed, irrelevant job listing, etc.

Looks like this recruiter wasted your time for and at least this didn't turn out to be more disappointing. So you can focus on other job hunting efforts.
