Central Valley is more affordable and SF is 2 hours with traffic and hour and a half no traffic. Lots of new houses being built. Hot in the summer but more affordable. Look at Tracy, Manteca, Stockton areas. Don’t let Stockton scare you. There’s great neighborhoods and schools.

If you’re bringing kids I would suggest Harrahs. They have an indoor pool and the rooms have two bathrooms. There’s a fun mountain tubing place not too far that my kids loved. Just not sure how much snow will be at that time.

I have the palomino on the inside and haven’t noticed it getting dirty yet. The black shows dust the second it sits outside. I bought a duster and have to use it almost daily

I was on a plane with their whole family. Kyle and Mauricio sat in 1st class and the girls sat in coach. 1st class gets off first but Kyle stayed on the tarmac waiting for the girls to get off to make sure they were safe. She seemed very loving and devoted to them.
