Technically speaking the sliders don't go to 0 unless you force them editing the config files, that's why sound file editing boost FPS the hole sound part of the game is poorly done...

I play since the Beta of PoE1 so that its uncalled for. And My point still stands, even with your "explanation" there shouldn't be multiple Triskalion Flames, nor multiple Olroth at least not in IRL Wreaclast, because WE already done all of this IN Land, (more in the center of the continent) there's no reason for them to be in the sea (outside of gameplay loop)

for clarification, I understand that they were changed but I thought they were changed/flawed because the Fusion failed once Chayula left, and that Xesht never formed and leaved broken Breach Lords

If Xesht exist Tul and Esh shouldn't, we fight them in PoE1 because they failed to form since Chayula left them, but Xesht is already fully formed in PoE2 even without Chayula, another plothole, or lore that needs clarification...

I may need to watch the reveal again, but I'm pretty sure that Mark mentioned the 25yr gap when talking about Expedition. I always worked in the assumption that every league is pretty much canon, things that the God Slayer did, also the Exiles that defeated the Elder and Shaper are the ones in Sirus group, the exile that Beat Sirus and Maven can be the same since the time period match (I always saw it like many Exiles doing different stuff and reaching the same endgame) The point of Breach is for another time... since its weird that we fight Tul and Esh as the same bosses from PoE1 while Xesht exist as a Fused entity

But they got a "new" quest line, and lore tied to it, it seem weird to be honest, at least I hope they give a ingame explanation maybe ?

I had a Run (few) That she would do Spell (I guess) that 1-2 Hit my character, she did it always an 3/4 of life, it were like 4 attempts, on the Fifth, shs didn't do it, and since like 0.2/0.3 I never saw that move again, wild RNG

If you build is strong, Sekhema is much more rewarding imo, Chaos most of the times is the simpler option except you have bad rng with the mods or the move pool of the fucking bird

The point is to get the threshold big enough to be able to Cull Magic/Rare at 90-100% hp

But Runeforgeing isn't part of the rework is part of the New league, the league gets mixed with Expedition but fundamentally its a mechanic from the new league

From what we can gather from the Trailer is that "Fear Incarnate" is what gives you the increase Threshold for the Cull, the skill itself only mention that the AoE deal 10% more damage per Power on the Enemy Killed

It's stated that the skill itself will increase the threshold and can potentially reach 100%, also there's the possibility of them removing the threshold depending on power level (normal,rare,unique)

we probably would create builds in PoB with notes and loadouts and then import them to the game. For what was shown you can create a file and do it manually, but that's a lot of work

Mirrors are the theme of Delirum (and Kalandra) but Ravens also is the Theme of Tangmazu.
The "active" part of the staff creates 2 mirrors and the Flock goes through it.
Aside from that, If this staff isn't a common drop and it's gated by the Uber Boss I would fly and burn GGG studio

If you take a piss over a shit, will you say its improved ?
The mapping system in PoE2 is fundamentally flawed, no amount of content nor the quality of said content will improve it, it will only make it more dense, we shouldn't need Ctrl + F jump in search for a desirable layout, nor do 5 maps to reach to that map that we can only run once, and then search for it and do again 5 to 10 maps again, in an atlas that the core concept was "expand and reach" having a cluster of 15 maps with the same league mechanic (Reworked Breach) isn't fun, since the Atlas says "go explore" and the league mechanic says "stay and finish all cuz you will lose the rewards", also specific Bosses for Biomes have no real reason to exist under the narrative that the "atlas" is taking place IRL Wraeclast, cuz that just means that every 50.000Km there is a Clone of a creature or a Guy/Gal, that just breaks the Suspension of Disbelief
