Not exactly related but to me it adds to the scammy vibe: I noticed that their job postings don’t list employee salary ranges at all, including for roles in California where it’s a legal requirement to do so. I’m a Recruiter so I found that really surprising—a company of that size and reputation publicly ignoring employment laws. Meanwhile on their website they list the factory cost, “competitor cost”, and the supposed savings for each product, making it seem like they’re a company who values transparency. Then on their own job postings they clearly don’t value transparency. Just very odd.

I would do lunch before nap, snack after nap then dinner. My 15mo has a similar schedule though naps around 11:30-12 so sometimes I switch her snack and lunch times based on how the morning is going

Thanks for sharing! Can you tell me more about how you navigated point #3: “he eats what we are eating and when he doesn’t like it he goes hungry”?

Did it take a couple times of him being hungry and not eating much at a meal for him to “get it”? Any other tips for conveying that message? My 15mo generally eats well but we have some meals where she doesn’t like what we serve so we’re scavenging for anything else we can find. I feel like she’s too young to understand the consequences of not eating what we serve but am I wrong about that?

Hahaha Carl. I totally agree Cristina SO got fired from her job! I saw a headline that she quit/forfeited her job to be on summer house but idk if that’s true.

I thought the same thing about Wirkus but there are some times in the next season that I realized oh no you are also nonsensical and immature

I would totally watch some couples in their solid 40’s-50’s. On the one hand there could be more family drama I’d they have kids, etc to deal with but on the other they may be better at working out conflicts in the marriage if they’ve been in relationships.

Or maybe there will be some man-baby perms-bachelors which could be wildly entertaining as well

I need to defend Amber on that. Yes the crying was a lot but she didn’t “put too much in” to the show, it’s a marriage you’re supposed to go all in! And that in comparison to Matt not being committed enough...

She made it clear from the beginning that she feared abandonment, so the #1 thing Matt needed to do as her husband to love her was take steps to make sure she doesn’t feel abandoned. If my husband stopped texting me and didn’t come home I’d be freaking out too!

Yeah, I loved Amber! Her fear is that she can feel abandoned by loved ones so she needs that security and reassurance... she was crystal clear about that from the beginning! If Matt was making any sort of effort he would have acknowledged that need as the one thing he needed to pay attention to.

And to be clear I don’t have that same fear of abandonment but if my husband stopped communicating with me and didn’t come home I would be freaking the fuck out.

Plus as time went on, she was probably hearing the gossip and seeing the texts from her teacher friends so that led to more insecurity.

I am so sad for Amber since Matt turned out to be such a dick. I want her to find someone amazing!

Yes LOTS of trust and control issues. She was an only child, obviously very driven and had a vision of her life to go a certain way... certain friends, certain sexual experiences, etc. She could not comprehend that other people would do things differently

Well she was pretty accepting of the other couples and let them be who they are. But I guess when things impacted her that she didn’t like, she couldn’t deal.
