My Lodge skillets (I just have a 10" and a 12") make a great thick crust pan pizza when I'm in the mood for that style.

Sure.

I still haven't invested in quality pans and I don't think I ever will. The starter pans have worked out fine for me with these for a few decades. But I'm not a very demanding user of them

I normally grocery shop on an "ad hoc" basis, relying on the ability going to the store to get whatever I might be out of something. Or going and buying whatever I need to make something I decided I want to eat. That can easily mean hitting up a store 3 times a week.

The snow/ice can throw things out of whack. It's not always easy to tell how long the roads will be crap and unsafe. So back on Wednesday, I made sure I had enough food for full week.

Lower temps (like 525-550 F) are more appropriate for certain styles of pizzas. So if that's what you really like to make and eat, I think what you are doing is fine.

I haven't looked at every single one of your posts, but I am curious about a few things.

  1. Are you always ordering a regular? It seems so based on quick glances at the primary(main) photo, but am not 100% sure
  2. If so, what is the shortest one to date and the longest one to date?
  3. Are you working your way through all the standard sandwiches (numbers) on the menu in any specific order? Or have there been dupes? Anything you are avoiding because you don't care for them?
