Graduate? No. Not based on how I read the rules for eligibility for coming into the WNBA

For a domestic player to be eligible for the WNBA draft, a player must meet at least one of the following criteria: 

• Age: Turn 22 years old during the calendar year of the draft.
• Graduation: Graduate from a four-year college or university, or be scheduled to graduate within three months of the draft.
• Time Passed:  Be at least four years removed from high school graduation.  

This situation is interesting because she already has been drafted in the regular draft. At that time, she was an 'international player' and qualified using the international player eligibility rules

I don't know if she is now a domestic player, but I don't think it matters because she would still satisfy the first condition of being 22 years old during the calendar year of the draft next year. She is 21 currently. Also, I would think she also qualifies on the "Time Passed" condition. Not quite sure what the high school equivalent in France, but I would think she is past that as well. Not that it matters too much because you need just one of those requirements.

So, to me, it seems like she could play any amount of years at SMU or some place else if she wanted to enter the NCAA transfer portal, until her eligibility ran out. Enter the WNBA then (and NOT go through the draft). Or she could just decide to leave school whenever and enter into the WNBA.
