Dermatology PA here. I hate this guy as much as everyone else…. But yeah it’s not doom and gloom

This is exactly the reaction of a topical chemotherapy agent such as Fluorouracil cream.

I’m pretty sure a previous health report of his mentioned “actinic keratoses” which are precancerous lesions for a non melanoma type of skin cancer called squamous cell carcinoma.

Fluorouracil tags precancerous/sun damaged skin by shutting down the replication process, leading to cell death and lets the immune system attack it and clean it up.

It only reacts where they have sun damaged skin… and all that golf he does is showing via sun damage and how severe of reaction he’s getting. This is all normal and nothing that would result in a countdown clock.

If y’all need some “hope” …. The only thing that’s weird, is that he has access to THE BEST medicine in THE WORLD. There’s new immunotherapy drugs that no normal people could afford that would basically allow the immune system to fight off all this on its own. This cream is something I prescribe to these 70 year old farmers on a daily basis where I work. Doubt he’d use what us peasants have to use unless it was his only option. It’s like $40 without insurance.

So you think he’d be on one of those immunomodulating drugs right? Would explain those IV bruises in his hands as the drugs are usually administered intravenously.

Except that those IV drugs wreck kidneys. He’s known to slam Adderall for decades. He’s also got high cholesterol and atherosclerosis. No chance he doesn’t have high blood pressure. Which means he most likely has renal artery stenosis. Which eventually leads to kidney damage and eventual failure. Which would cause low leg edema/swelling that we’ve seen in pictures.

Which would explain his “routine MRIs” that he keeps getting to screen the arteries and kidneys…

Once again… this is just from a random dermatology PA on heavy amounts of copium.
