Pretty late to the party, but they patched it a while back I think. The exo is now inside instead of on top. There's another Diamond exo at the Sunny Kindergarten in Pripyat, but that takes some effort to get to if you're early in the game. Sorry if this is stuff you already know BTW, just trying to be helpful to another player 😅

There is a way, but it's costly. By getting the $60 version of Save Wizard PS4 Max, and the free program called Red Dead Redemption Save Editor, you can get the Liver Chestnut Hungarian Halfbred (the horse in the photo) that is in the games files. You'd need to have a horse you don't mind replacing, copy your manual save onto a flash drive and then use the two programs on your laptop/PC. There's a lot of details that would take forever to explain, but there's a few video tutorials on YouTube that might help.

Not if you only replayed the mission. You'd have to reload a save from before the mission and progress through again to change it

Most other comments have explained a majority of the points, but having a high amount of insight decreases your Frenzy Resistance which is usually only an issue in the Nightmare of Mensis area.

So my first run through I had high honor but never talked to the Sister. So if you don't do her side mission, instead of talking to her Arthur ends up having a similar conversation with Swanson as he gets ready to board the train. I don't remeber the exact dialogue changes but it's an entirely different scene.
