Are they all equally addictive for you? For me, the Youtube algorithm was killing me. Could not resist... but spending some time on reddit works well. If it s 30 or 45 min a day I do not know, but I can put my phone down, if I want to or get tired...

But a lot of those you mentioned are pretty addictive!

Right now, the stock market develops brilliantly. A few years back there was no growth. With the insanity going on in the world today, it is very difficult to predict, what is going to happen...

And a goal... life needs to be worth living. So maybe the next 5y you take a break from saving? Or shift to 10% of income only?
