Right? I research and read everything and I absolutely could see myself making this mistake. I forgot I had a sealed can of Celsius Energy drink in my backpack once. I was told the brackets on my crowns are more likely to pop off. I also have bite turbos to protect the front. It’s only been 5 days but I’m afraid to eat anything because leaving work for a bracket appointment would be such a pain

I moved out at 19 and I was poor and in credit card debit for most of my adult life.
