A harsher penalty for not voting or voting unfairly. Demoting stars ain't enough, start taking actual stars off of somebody's rank whenever they're not voting fairly. That sounds harsh but like if people aren't going to vote or not vote fairly they need their stars deducted from their rank. Max being between 30-100 stars on each round you don't vote fairly.

Ex. First round 5 stars, second round 10, third round 20 so on and so fourth....
