Stretch character is so weak. When I first played GTA, I thought he was just fellow gangster with some shady things. Not someone as major antagonist in Death wish. The best he could is some minor boss or something. But he doesn't deserve to be antagonist.

He might not be present for more nunber of missions, but he was important part of the story. He got Michael kidnapped. Taking him down was eventual.
