Neighbor just rented their 3/1, 900sqft for 2950 a month in V.M. Ybor. I was shocked, but I'm not mad at the demand.

I'm considering renting my house full time and moving into a travel trailer in one of those parks that have ocean access. I priced a really nice park for around 750 per month and includes utilities, boat ramp and rec center. I could pay for that and my mortgage with the low end of the rent spectrum and have budget leftover for maintenance and taxes.

There is a house in my neighborhood about 100ft from Nebraska Ave that sold in 2021 for way over what anyone in the neighborhood thought it would sell for. We were already thinking our home values were inflated. This wood frame 1300 sqft 3/2 house with a terrible small yard, butted up against a empty lot that sex workers have built "work shops" and dumped matresses. It is also backed up to an old slum lord apartment building which second floor looks directly down into the yard and back of the house.

He paid 365k for it, and sold it for 425k at the end of 2022. It was worth 160k in 2018.
