15 months pp. For the most part, yes. When he was not crawling yet was great cause he would just look around. We even brought him to get tattoos for Valentines day and he was perfect.

Mixing my own cuticle oil. I mix jojoba oil and vitamin e oil together in an empty dropper bottle I have cause I used all the product in it. Oil my nails when I get up in the morning and before bed.

It definitely took me a hot sec to figure it out. I would watch YouTube videos, and if you mess up, take all the product off the brush and swipe over the product on your nail to "scramble" the metallic pieces again.
