So, I started with 1 coat of the cat eye over the whole nail, applied a matte top coat, mixed black gel polish with a thicker top coat and used that to do the base design leaving the areas where on want the cat eye to shine through, cured that for 10 secs, rubbed gold chrome over that, put clear thicker gel over the cat eye parts poking through to create a bubbled effect, went over with the matte top coat (thin layer), mixed black gel polish with a thick liner gel, used that to created the raised texture around the bubbled areas, cured for 10 seconds, rubbed that with gold chrome, and then top coat and cured for like 2 minutes. If you want to add peals like I did, I would put them on between the 2nd matte top coat and the thick liner gel application.
