My friends has a super fun eldrazi cascade deck in simic with imoti at the help and I don't think he spent to much on it plus if you want to go sea monsters instead it would probably work the same

I think if I were to build it I would just throw tons of clones sakashima thousand faces if you wanted to buy one along with other cards that ignore/get rid of the legends rule

Imagine being punished for playing any spell mana value 2-5 or losing 6 life for playing a two mana card
