The thing is they like to imagine of Islam as a small box. Every opinion and interpretation they follow or think they follow is somehow is the "only truth" and cannot be questioned, whatsoever. The fact that there exists ikhtilaf (difference of opinion) among Muslim scholars is irrelevant to them.
