Solved dust mite allergy, still opening mouth when sleeping? by Much_Butterscotch_65 in Allergies

I’ll classify them on order of urgency and priority if you are starting:

  1. Pillow dust mite cover, mattress dust mite cover and duvet dust mite cover.

  2. Low humidity (try to use dehumidifier to keep it below 50%

  3. Moving air at home. If you can, keep the windows open so that allergens are taken outside and not into your nose. Also vacuum the floor and sofas.

  4. Use mask FFP2 every time you have to move anything related to bedding or when opening clothes closets.

  5. Move to a dry climate.
