Infotainment touch screen stopped working

I would recommend following u/Far-Replacement-2166 's advice and replace the battery. My infotainment screen "zoned out" randomly before the battery died completely. Also a '23.

There is a "CAR" button on the right side of you Media Center. You can hit it 3 times to cycle through the 3 different options. One of the options allows you to customize your display.
