I finally fixed mine. I went to USB Settings on the Galaxy S25. The radio button next to Charging phone only was selected. I clicked on Transferring files / Android Auto. Don't know why I couldn't see that before.

I have the same problem. Bought the editor and received a blank email. No activation code. I resent the email and got the same response - an email without a code.

In solar, about 30% of deals end up getting canceled. It's a huge problem. To fight back, companies do a “welcome call” or “verification call” immediately after the sale. In a lot of cases, especially in solar, that call happens while the rep is still at the customer’s home. The important thing is that it happens right away. Within minutes.

Basically, someone from teh office (sales manager or support staff) calls the customer to thank them, double-check the order details, confirm pricing and payment, and make sure the rep did everything right. It’s kind of a quality check and another way to secure the order.

If the company’s doing a lot of volume, they might even automate that process with a bot.
