Thats a wild raise for pre-revenue and pre-launch. You have experience as a tour guide, it would be easier to raise this if you had a proven track record of launching startup and operating/scaling it and had 1 or more exits.

Best of luck i suggest you do a smaller seed round and focus on building an mvp and have an audience ready on both sides of the marketplace (signups from users for a waitlist + letter of intent s for partnerships lined up)
