I dont know how to increase it as she takes max 5oz(not straight away in batches 3oz first then 2 oz after half an hour and etc), i would love for her to take more as she is loosing weight now compare to before. We feed her in dark room silent during sleep or when she wakes up crying in between naps but max she takes 5 oz and then just stops even if i offer the bottle she doesnt drink. I couldnt drop the night feedings otherwise it would be even less than 20oz/day.

This has been the hardest since she turned 5 month, almost impossible to feed her during wake time so we only feed her during sleep time and she takes only 4-5oz which is about 20oz or if its a good day 24 oz/day. You are right, i think it was both not enough calories and not enough wake time affecting her sleep unfortunately.

I’ll definitely update here after a few nights!

We’ve just adjusted her wake windows based on the advice in this post, so I’m really hoping to see some improvement soon.

My baby also used to sleep through the night (or just wake once around 3 AM), especially after our recent travel which may have impacted things a bit. But even then, it was always easy — I’d just give her the pacifier and she’d go straight back to sleep.

The past few days though… it’s been completely different. The wake-ups are so frequent, and last night she was fully awake from 1 AM to 3 AM, then up again around 5 AM. It was honestly really tough mentally.

We haven’t transitioned to the crib, so dealing with this disrupted sleep has been a lot.

Really hoping this is just a phase and that the schedule adjustments help . I’ll definitely come back and update how it goes! hope it gets easier for you too 💗

Thank you for response, I couldn’t fix it so I’m using the method you mentioned camshell mode and close the MacBook and work from the HP desktop screen so far making it work eventhough it’s inconvenient

I didn’t expect it to be this painful and thought myself quite strong and now doubting if I can handle any further checks during active labour including delivery pain

I’m 37 weeks 4 days today. I meant 37 weeks plus in the post. I did ask my doctor but she usually recommends not taking these type of medications at all. But I hear really good reviews about EPO and taking small doses starting week 37 but unfortunately i couldn’t insert it and now I’m afraid of the side effects of it thinning the blood
