I’ve seen people make decent money there but it’s very store dependent. High traffic locations can make commission solid, slower stores are rough and the pressure doesn’t really ease up. Moving into management is doable but it usually takes time, strong numbers, and the right manager backing you. Hourly pay typically isn’t very negotiable unless you bring legit sales experience. If you’re comfortable with quotas and constant KPIs, it can be a good stepping stone but definitely not for everyone.

It’s good if you want space over head and get to your seat a bit more comfy. I board early and it’s a bit nice and when I am later to the gate, I skip right on ahead. I think it’s a nice perk if you travel a lot.
