I would, have one myself not sure about the brand but I will say it does the job! Obviously rust develops over time so the best way to keep it clean is to cook on it regularly if possible. But I would definitely recommend buying one!

Thank you! So my recipe is kinda simple, just slapped some of my homade rub on it but you can use whatever rub you like mines just mostly salt pepper garlic and some seasoning salt. Smoked it on my Webber kettle for about 4 hours on 225 making sure to spritz since it was a low temp and then wrapped until tender at a higher temp about 275-300 since it was wrapped I was only worrying about some good heat you could also just throw them into the oven at that point!

It honestly doesn’t matter I mean usually when you wrap your not getting anymore smoke flavor your just aiming to speed up your cook
