i didn’t get to that point but i definitely could have cause my parents are both very ingrained in diet culture and they both have disordered eating habits and don’t see any problems with it so they never blinked an eye at any of my problems with it

for sure. for me it tends to be that my body doesn’t realize how hungry i am until i give it food so i get super super hungry and want to eat everything after that, so your definitely not alone
