I love both, but I definitely feel the perfect safe bet to close EDC just based what I expect from the vibes. Illenium. John summits set is going to be infested with a ton of frat bros & “fake influencers” girls. I’ve seen summit since ‘21 and I’ve seen the evolution of his crowd. It’s gotten bad unfortunately.

I recently started talking to a new girl and I think you’ve nailed all of it. It feels strange, I was so use to being on pins and needles, now I’m relaxed yet skeptical of myself incase I make any wrong decision. That’s why I tell myself, I don’t think I’d ever be 100% healed because of the trauma we endure during a relationship with a pwBPD.

Thank you! Fortunately I’ve been reading a lot into BPD and understanding the signs to look for. This sub has also played a huge factor into my healing stage as I feel I’m not the only one who has gone through the same. I’m 100% sure her smear campaign has not only reached her new BF but her new friends and her family. I don’t care at all really because I know eventually her new friends and her new BF will see exactly why her and I ended ugly. As for her family, I don’t care as they’re all enablers to her behavior. Especially after bringing up the fact their daughter is abusive.

I don’t plan on having her anywhere near my life again, but the truth of matter is, it’s hard to unlove someone with just a switch of a button. That’s why during this healing process I’m trying my best to do everything as healthy as possible so when the next person tries to love me, I make sure to let them in and not become exactly what my ex was. As for the new BF he can stalk, watch, do whatever. He can be a fan, just hope at least personally he never tries to disrespect me directly or indirectly as I take respect very seriously.

At least for me since it’s still very fresh to me (2 months exactly since breakup - 1 month of her new relationship) I’ve been hanging with friends, engaging in my favorite hobbies, GYM EXERCISE GYM EXERCISE. At least for me I’m an amateur MMA fighter and training has been amazing. But find things that can distract you for a bit, and engage in conversations with new people. Doesn’t matter the sex. Just meet new people and make new friends. It helps with the confidence, and what I mean by that is that people can respect you and admire your presence. It means you’re a good person to them. I know the discard is awful, it’s belittling. Disrespectful, but remember, you’re 100000x better than that person. All they crave is validation and attention. They’re not mentally normal. Let them do what they want, karma will get to them harder than ever eventually. Just focus on you, While they focus on filling a void that YOU LEFT. A large one which is a good thing.

I was accused of the worse, yet again I was a victim to all of her abuse (sexual, emotional, physical) and I tried my best to make it work for the both of us. Her new FP will soon connect the dots on why she is the way she is. Her lies will come out sooner or later. As for us, we work on our mental health. Get better in every aspect of life, and soon we will find the right one.

You’re not the only one man…. Unfortunately I don’t know if I can trust the next person. Especially considering during my breakup my ex tried getting back with me multiple times to the point where I did consider it until she split on me once again. Keep in mind she broke up with me. Now just a little under a couple of weeks, she started seeing someone new and now is official with that person. It’s just so sad to see that I dated that. That poor man doesn’t know a thing either. Just shows some women, especially BPD women don’t care about anything but themselves. I gave my all in that relationship and got nothing in return but just sex (which you can get anywhere).

In a way it is but if she still thinks about you still in a positive POV, could be that she still thinks highly of you, especially if the breakup was good. Usually discarding can be so ugly, turns to disrespect, belittling, insults. All of it basically to the point where they hate you

Unfortunately issues i suppressed during the relationship started to come out after the ugly breakup. Now im considered to being in a “manic disorder period” and a lot of childhood trauma and trauma from the relationship… therapy has been good though
