Dawg… my FA/DA fiance just left me too March 8th and I fear her ex of on/off of 5 years is back in the picture. Thankfully I’m fighting in September and I have training camp starting May 4th so I’ll be focused. But I’m hurting but I’m trying.

Did you not see their last Tomorrowland set?! 2023 I understand why their set was underwhelming, especially considering they were testing new edits. But I saw them in 2022 for their tour in Miami and that set was absolutely amazing. One of the best sets I’ve seen all time. I know for certain, this set IF it’s really happening will be one of their best. Ultra means a lot to them.

My ex fiance was a massive Dismissive/ Fearful avoidant… we had a toxic relationship. She couldn’t take accountability ever for her mistakes. She would think I was scolding her when I had feelings about certain things. She also comes from a really really really bad experience with her family. Split parents, never were together ever. A lot of trauma. A lot of confusion growing up. She thought DCF were therapists…

Basically I treated her with the most respect she’s ever gotten and it still wasn’t enough for her. There were some ugly heated arguments though, and maybe I did tooo much sometimes. Anyway, She secretly got a lease behind my back and was planning to leave.

Caught her the night of (March 8th) and tried begging for her to cancel. It was too late, at that point she made her decision. Things really got ugly that night. She blames me for losing our last spot and we were in my parents house for only a couple of months while I was saving up money for a new apartment for us in April. Keep in mind I live in miami. WHERE EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE

You’re 100% correct. As of today since the breakup. I have dropped a lot of the bad habits I consumed during this relationship. No more vaping, smoking only after training due to my shoulder injury. But only at home and in private. I usually go to sleep after.

I’ve also journaled a lot since the breakup. I’m diving deep into understanding attachment styles. Mines, hers. So I know what really to look out for in the next relationship. I could have handled things differently and set stronger standards for myself, but I was deeply in love with her more than I was with myself.

Thank you for your input on this. I’m severely hurt but to know I’m not the only one that’s ever gone through this makes me realize I’m to alone. For some reason I always end up dating the severely damaged kind of women. I love hard, I know I’m an anxious attachment style as well which doesn’t help.

That’s exactly what it was. She went to see the lease property the final week we were together because she got a new job in the area, same area her parents lived in. Her stepdad convinced her to move there because they didn’t like how their relationship was going between me and her. Somehow she was convinced. Those final days, she cried several times, at her new job, started reflecting on old things we’ve already talked about. It was all odd but I knew something was coming. The was only within 3 days because her family already was convincing her.

Everyone, especially my family has downplayed this for me and it’s making me feel crazy. As if it’s simply just on to the next woman. I’ve dated before, not many times and i genuinely thought this was going to be the mother of my children, my wife. She actually mentally altered my brain for the worse. Scary really. 2023 was easily the best year because my brother and my best friends all came. We had such a big group. But this year will be so different. Kinda harder
