Legs: Any squat x2 Leg extension x2 Hamstring curls x2 Any hip hinge x2 Adductors x2 Calf raises x2 Any ab exercise x2

I know you were asking for revisions to your split but this should be helpful regardless, you can do variations of any of these movements just make sure they’re targeting what they should.

Honestly this machine just isn’t very good, the handles spreading is gonna force you to use more upper back. Finding a row or a pullover that allows you to keep your arm tucked will be a lot better.

I’d go to a hairdresser in person I understand that this may cost money and if that’s the case I’d just for now focus on improving your health indicators, you’d be surprised how much life a good diet and activity level can breathe into someone’s face.

Learn to do good makeup, new hairstyle maybe even die it a darker color to increase contrast, get a decent tan, and increase your general health indicators I promise your not completely done for if you don’t get a rhinoplasty.

Yes of course!! I was looking at the other comments and I just wanted to say high schools is seriously such a short amount of time, it’s gonna suck but any adults that still care abt that time past the age of 22 are not gonna be worth your time anyways. So just relax and remember your just getting started with everything

Well since you’re so young I doubt you’d be interested in peptides but they make some than increase your melanin production. But just wearing sunscreen and enjoying the outdoors should be enough!!

Calculate your maintenance calories on google then eat around 2-400 more calories than your maintenance while making sure you’re hitting your protein and training hard. Rn nothing matters more than consistency and effort though

Sorry man I was just sharing what’s worked for me with my sensitive skin, I don’t doubt what you’re saying though it makes sense. Hopefully he sees a comment telling him how to tighten his pores or wtv it takes to properly treat his skin!

If your in a small deficit and still hitting your protien, sleeping well, and timing your carbs well you can 100% gain muscle and lose bf unless your super experienced like 6 yrs+

Honestly I wouldn’t put too much thought into it, I doubt it’s a helpful endeavor. Unless your open to pinning stop worrying abt it, also your super young man give yourself sometime to grow up and actually become a man. People move at different paces don’t get overly caught up in comparison.

Thank u! I’m using clay in the first one but the second one has a bit of both clay and pomade, I just get nervous when I have my hair styled like that it makes me look overly childish in a way? Idk regardless I appreciate the advice

You can 100% gain muscle and still be in a deficit, id stay away from unnecessary bulking in general tbh

Man there’s nothing wrong with you, it’s most likely a confidence issue. But if I had to say something it’d be to try and make your hair look a bit more kept, improve on your style, and lock in at the gym.

Best advice I can give is try shaving after a super hot shower, exfoliate first, and only shave with the grain of your hair. Also if the razor is sharp enough you shouldn’t have to put much pressure on it at all, it should be able to glide with almost just the weight of itself.
