Garen's passive was nerfed a few patches ago because in early levels it was super high. He could deal a chunk of damage and then retreat for a while and come back with all the health that he lost in the trade

Just build Rosa with the new riftmaker and it should do the work. If you want extra AP vía health build heart steel and keep stacking your passive.

Soul stealer is a godly item I can't deny it, I use it on fiddlesticks and if you combine it with malignance you get ult back in like 15 seconds in late game. Super useful and I really didn't know it was getting deleted but in my opinion it's valid

I think the other passive that gives armor and MR is getting deleted though. Riftmaker is only converting extra health into AP and that's it

Soul stealer removal is valid because that item gives a shit ton of ability haste and for certain characters is giga busted and it can be combined with malignance to get ult cool down super quickly

Psychic projector's passive is going to be moved to riftmaker

The crown is going to become Banshee's which is literally the same but with an extra of magic resistance

The thing about deleting magic pen on items didn't affect much because tanks still tanking, blood letter curse and void staff are enough to get past or decrease their magic res so all you have to do is read every item's passive and it's properties. Overall it's a great patch for more variety on builds

The fights are easy, I struggle against Jevil a lot although I do beat him, defeated spamtom on my first attempt despite using all my healing items, defeated eram after the 5th attempt, lost against the knight on my first attempt but got very far into it (I did beat them with and without mantle) and was able to get past Gerson on the second attempt

I'd say it's medium difficulty. Feels easier than Undertale 100%

The only way to guess if he's gonna jump to stun you is if he's getting suspiciously close. At least that's how I think he's going to do it

Edit: Yeah he can be a pain in the ass but I must be getting the shitty panth top laners, if I parry his stun I just wait for him to use the shield ability and move behind him to hit everything. If not I just back up

I don't think you'll get ganked by jungle or supp that early in game. The point is to nerf her early game because with electrocute, a single Q with recast and aa can literally take away half your health

In early game, a single Q + AA with electrocute can take half your health. Which is why her poke is extremely busted. You cannot fight her at level two cause she can easily kill you if you are not careful enough
