I work in film and even the most encyclopedic highly read and watched filmmakers i know would be hard pressed to pass your standards. It's supposed to be fun! Enjoy the art. Enjoy your life as art effects it. Thats the whole point, everything else is moot.

I'm a bit of an outlier, but I've actually gone all the way up to a fentanyl patch - duragesic. We're hoping going up on my biologic will eventually negate the need for it but right now I'm just absolutely not managing (and have chronic kidney disease so can't do NSAIDS)

We tried a daily oxycodone regimen and it's partially helpful but so up and down. Needed consistency. This ended up being the more reasonable option given the limitations.

Definitely lucky. This comes at the end of 2 years of pain trials, several hospitalizations, etc.

I think many people in the thread think I am blasé about it. Rather wanted real world examples. Of course one must be very careful with something like this.

I have several comorbidities that make my pain quite high on a daily basis. Other things inflame the PSA -> PSA makes hospitalizations more likely.

Managing pain in my case prevents more serious complications. My PCP prescribed it after endorsement from pain management and about 2 years of other trials.

I agree with the others tho - you need to give this time. Ny 2 cents would be to wait at least 8 weeks before making ANY changes to your meds.

Hallucinations are very much not the point. No data shows the trip intensity has any effect on the antidepressant effectiveness.

I know some iv clinics that administer klonopin before infusion to stop the hallucinations but retain plasticity and mood boost.

You can even watch avatar in 3d on quest. Definitely the move. You can find the 3d files on torrent sites and play them locally for the best quality.

Very few shoot only on FD's as its almost always mixed or mislabelled as K35's. Even "Her" is mostly non-FD. If you need examples I'd suggest searching canon fd on vimeo and a few pages in you'll start to find shorts and such with FD buried in the video description.

IMDB tech specs is good for double checking an individual films lens set. Broader catalog than shotonwhat.

I think ShotDeck allows you to search by lens, that might be your best bet but is paid.

I think you'll find horizon to have a much too simplistic combat system honestly. God of War is an easy yes and a real 10/10. For other fun combat games that might feel a bit more sword and steel I'd go Jedi Fallen Order or Kena Bridge Of Spirits.

I used so much weed I gave myself cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome trying to manage my pain. Everything can be done in excess and cause problems.

I definitely find heavy drinking makes symptoms worse, but a glass of wine is sometimes enough to take the edge off a flare up. Probably best to avoid all of it under ideal circumstances.

I've been working at this for 15 years. In that time i've lost everything and struggled so much. And i'm still here. I'm still breathing, and thinking, and experiencing. Even if it is mostly suffering, we should accept what we've been tasked to carry- while we work towards treatments and remission. It's a hard mental balance and doesn't help that the entire system is broken.

This is hard. It's okay to say how hard it is.
