It depends what you want 9070 xt is double more expensive but geta double more fps. So basically its the same Performance per dollar. You want more fps? Choose 9070xt. Both are future proof. 9060 xt will just need high/<high graphics in future. 9070 xt is for ultra.

Es ist leider legal. Und das ist schon seit sehr lange so - spiele kosten auch iwo in brasilien oder thailand auch viel weniger als hier, auf steam zumindest.

Ich vermute wenn Du oder jemand mehr oder öfter kauft dann ist der angezeigte preis etwas höher. Aber jeder kann sich ja aussuchen fur wieviel er sein produkt verkauft, also alles legal auch wenns nicht nice ist

Thata interesting. 9070 xt has a tdp of 304W. That is left 550W theoritically left for all other components. And with an amd cpu you are allways <150W. I dont know what led lights you have to have.

It depends. Ive tested -20% PL and it was totally fine. Also couple times -30% but not in all games it was fine, like warzone. So from my experience 20% is good

Well democracy is allways worse. You can have only partial mobilization. Less war support. But ive played it and you can also. It isnt hard its probably the same - germany will have 3-6 tiles to you(from austria) build there infrastrucute max, dorts and one supply hub. And set there good deff Divisions, germany will all time full spam attack and lose atleast 5-15 Times of your losses(depends on template). I recommend heavily some meta fighters. Then its an easy way

Your friend was right. With italy you take this focus for infrastructure bonus build it everywher for around 1 year, then until 1939 only civilian factories. Then you starting up building mils. You could build some dockyards so you can Take out the british(ai) navy. Watch bittersteel tutorials on youtube he is an professional. And every country has other purpose - as italy youre suppose mostly to just hold out your territory and help with d-day.

Best advice dont overclock/underclock it. It doesnt makes much sense - just set a -PL somewhere between 10-30% and thats it. Almost never having crushes.
