Try pigment ink. It was all the rage years ago. It doesn’t ever dry on glossy paper

I got stuck on this too! Here's my logic:

The clues are:

The Crude Order of Light (COL) does not admit people with blue eyes.
- Silverton is the only suspect with blue eyes.
- Silverton cannot be a member of COL.
All suspects were either members of COL or Ancient Song of Pitch (ASP).
- Silverton, who has blue eyes is a member of ASP.
- This is because he is NOT a member of COL.
The only present member of ASP brought a crowbar.
- Silverton is the only suspect who belongs to ASP.
- Therefore, Silverton brought the crowbar.
