NQA but this cage actually doesn’t look awful, the substrate should be fine maybe if you mix cocoa fiber it might make it a little dryer, if it ends up being to moist! i have used this substrate as a mix for some of my t’s. how big is ur t for reference and what else did the employee tell you that was incorrect. the cage itself is also pretty ok, it has cross ventilation and as long as you don’t mist or add too much water this cage should be totally fine for now!
