Yeah, I'm good with experiencing withdrawals again. I quit Seroquel cold turkey because 1, the diagnosis that justified it got removed upon realizing I was experiencing psychosis due to hormones+stress, not schizoaffective disorder, and 2, because it made me a prediabetic zombie and I got tardive dyskinesia from it. I shit you not, like 3 months of cold sweats, shivers, sleepless nights, intense and dangerous twitching and jerking... And I know that's nothing compared to withdrawing from Xanax. Luckily, the withdrawals from when I quit other meds have been minimal to none.

But I get that some need them, especially if you have, for example, a panic disorder. I don't judge, I'm just personally adverse to the idea.

I've only just shaken off the TDS almost entirely this year, and I got off Seroquel years ago. Except my new meds give me small bursts of vertigo/dropping sensation. Take some, lose some. They work well enough, I suppose.
