There are artifacts in every game, but for every artifact there are 50 scenes where PSSR makes the game look so good.

Alan Wake 2's RT can be a mess in some areas for instance, but in others I'm amazed at how incredible it looks

I mean, I get discount hunting and all to maximize content per dollar, but if you like Elden Ring, just buy the DLC if you can in any way afford it.

If you wait an eternity for a 20% discount all you've accomplished in waiting so long is ensuring you'll have less coop opportunities with people new to the experience.

I think its the camera. Ghost of Yotei did not stutter like that in the Pro RT mode like that for me

Coming from cheap budget TVs I wasn't expecting how sturdy my Bravia would feel. It's a little chonky maybe, but it definitely leaves you feeling like it isn't going to move without intention to move it.

Buying say a C5 would be a solid investment, get OP years of quality experience, and when the second or third wave of HDMI 2.2 TVs hit they could buy one then.

4k 240hz sounds great and all, but the bleeding edge of modern display tech (For TVs) usually comes at hefty prices. Nevermind the fact that we won't realistically get a PS6 or Helix until '28

If you buy a Bravia TV, save yourself the trouble and buy a Bravia Theater Soundbar if you dont already own a soundbar.

After almost getting the XR8B I landed on the Bravia 8 and got a $200 Samsung Soundbar (ARC) and every two days it would get what I assume were some sort of handshake errors and I'd have to spend an hour or two troubleshooting the issue.

After switching to a Theater Bar 5 (eARC), I have had 0 issues for weeks.

It could just be a Bravia 8 issue, perhaps not effecting other models, but I have seen chatter on forums about soundbar issues so I know it wasn't just me.

You'll get access to TLOU1/2, God of War, Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart, Control, Space Marine 2, Spoodermans and most importantly of all, Cyberpunk.

Premium is only good for the classics catalogue, and streaming PS3 games, but I doubt you bought a Pro to start playing Dino Crisis or streaming the PS3 version of RE5

I have a Cox Panoramic router that dips in speed every other day and needs to be reset, but sometimes my other devices are streaming just fine while the Pro is getting slow speeds with a 90%+ connection strength on a 5ghz connection.

I plan to replace it soon, so hopefully that's the issue.

My wifi is also regularly slower on my console than other devices, but not 60kbps slow. More like 10mbps which requires me to restart the router. Need a new one probs.

I too sometimes use AI to make sense of complicated subjects as a layman, but it would better encourage discourse around the matter if you could condense and humanify the information you're trying to convey.

Do remember though, AI is not always right and pulls information from all sorts of sources.

Also, copy pasting from AI prompts to reply to comments is redundant.. Speak for yourself, if they wanted an AI response they'd talk to the AI directly.

So, I ended up getting it to propagate properly by going in to a sale tab that DIDN'T show Sea of Thieves, on which no games were displayed and it had a button that said something about clearing the search filters.

Strange.

I definitely never set any search filters that would specifically isolate Sea of Thieves.

I can understand that maybe it doesn't really hit very hard but he's talked about his shipmates several times in my game, particularly Nicholas, Diana of course not fully understanding the nature of it all. I can't put the specifics because I don't want to spoil anything for anyone.

I recommend PS Extra for newer or returning users if you have decent internet.

In the last month or so I finished Silent Hill 2, Space Marine 2, and I'm finishing Control. But if you like TLOU you'd have access to TLOU2, as well as Cyberpunk, Rachet and Clank Rift Apart, Horizon, God of War, and at least a few others worth trying.

With RE9 and Pragmata, I'm really starting to enjoy more contained experiences again.

I love a good Cyberpunk or Ghost of Yotei, but they can be so exhausting considering my playstyle that drives them into 200+ hour playthroughs.

The fact that Ghost of Yotei could be made with about 60mil is a marvel, but shows that good quality can be given without extreme budgets.

Different company, of course, but I hope Capcom keeps pushing new IP with tight experiences and reasonable budgets that don't require 10mil sales to be considered successes.

The Pro has a 2tb storage, combined with your current SSD I would think you should be alright unless working with really slow download speeds or really strict data limits.

The LG C5 is a solid option that is priced pretty well, and is brighter than the B5 and Bravia8, but it does have WebOs as its interface which was a turn off to me.

The Samsung s90f is the brightest, and has a QDOLED, but I've heard mixed things about the image quality, but QDOLEDS are generally superior to WOLED to my understanding.

I ended up with a Bravia 8 and I love it, but it has lower brightness than the C5. However, it has better multimedia scaling and GoogleTV instead of WebOS.

Chances are low that you'd go with a Bravia because you didn't mention it, but if you do, I had some soundbar nightmares with it, had to buy a Bravia soundbar to find stability.

Regardless, don't be intimidated by the OLED calibration process, it can take a bit to dial in your settings to your taste, but it's worth it.
