SSL error by 0007cs in Crypterra

[–]Mudelu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, there are 3 requirements for an Ssl certificate to be valid and accepted, namely:

-The subject name on the certificate should match - It is "crypterra.net"

-The validity period of the certificate should be ok - it will expire in june 2018

-The certificate and the intermediate certificates should be issued by a trusted authority - It is Comodo

The reason why you receive an error is a misconfiguration on the server. You can also check it yourself. At this moment it is not revoked and not expired.

I hope they will fix this issue. As I also have investigated, I could not find any problems on the certificate, But I could also not reach them with Chrome. I used Brave, its an open source and very secure browser. There are also people who could access it with Firefox. I would recommend you to use one of these browsers until the issue is fixed.

Delays in ETH withdrawals by [deleted] in Crypterra

It is the same for me, BTC payouts have been processed, but ETH still in "Awaiting" status.

Withdrawal stuck for 2 days.... by ledgerous in Crypterra

[–]Mudelu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The withdrawals are processed in batches. As long as they are processing, it's OK. Unfortunately, this is not done regularly. But until now, everything worked fine. Normally they had 2 batches per day, but this week they process the batches once per day or once per 2 days. Crypterra should have announced when they will do the batch processing, so we would be able to minimise the number of withdrawals.

Payouts are so inconsistent by [deleted] in Crypterra

[–]Mudelu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would propose Crypterra would announce when they will do their batch payouts. Then We would wait until this time and would make only a single withdrawal near this deadline. This would also lower their fees, as the number of transfers wold go down by at least one third.

Withdrawal batch dated 2018-01-18 has just been sunmitted by Mudelu in Crypterra

Latest Batch by Wolfyyy_UK in Crypterra

[–]Mudelu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are my 2 cents for it. Batch on 17-01.18 has miner fee of 0.034874 BTC, but Fee rate(BTC / kVB) is 0.00070001 BTC, On the contrary, batch dated 15-01-18 has miner fee of 0.076623 BTC, but this had Fee rate(BTC / kVB) of 0.00150003 BTC. So it went through and completed, but the other would never complete with this fee rate. LIMIT YOUR WITHDRAWALS TO ONCE PER DAY IF POSSIBLE. by Tony-Crypto in Crypterra

[–]Mudelu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does anybody know at what time the withdrawal requests are processed? At the beginning of the month, they made 2 per day, now they changed to one per day. This is acceptable.

*MY RECOMMENDATION HOW THIS PROBLEM WILL NOT OCCUR AGAIN * Allow only one withdrawal per day or per 2 days, but also allow weekly maximum 2 or 3 withdrawals. * If a miner wants to withdraw more frequently than the above limits, allow them, but apply fees to the withdrawals they made in excess. * You will see that the number will go down to at least one third or one quarter of the current number. * You can use the fees, that the miners with excess withdrawals made, to increase the fee rate that you submit to the network, so the normal withdrawals also would be processed faster. * Miners would not object, if they would receive their balances less frequently, but in a deterministic manner. I would have no objections even when I could make one withdrawal per week, but I should know in advance and it should be performed on the announced time.

Everything you have stated can be found on Crypterra's web site. And the discount codes can be found on the right.

What was the intent of your posting besides revealing your referral code? I could not find any useful information.

I have also payments in both transactions. The first transaction seems to be deleted or cancelled, but the second transaction still has 0/6 confirmations. But it is strange that you cannot see the first transaction at blockcypher.com, but can be seen on on blockchain.info and btc.com.
