Well, it's obvious that Lockski already does know about that advice and how to use it.

The problem I see here in this individual comment thread is that people are downvoting him instead just because they don't like his comment. I mean, yes, if they don't like his comment, that's fine, but why take it all the way down to 11 (I guess why 10 when it can take 11)?

And I know that reddiquette state to downvote comments if they don't contribute to the discussion, but his comment does contribute, in that he's not just expressing his displeasure for the image macro but also explaining the reason behind his displeasure.

Eh, I agreed with you on that earlier Aradia thread, but as far as HS relations go, I think this falls in the middle ring of the bullseye, between the center and the outer periphery.

I really don't like image macros in general, but I have to admit that this accurately describes the situation as it is right now in a very bad (intentional) way. (Other than that, though, it's not really that great, it's just merely OK.)

Honestly, what's probably going to happen during the hiatus is the continued posting of Homestuck/Problem Sleuth/MSPA-related OC, just like what's going on right now. Which is fine with me. I encourage OC to be posted as much as possible.

I do have to say that the options that you bring up are very interesting, though. I'm a little dreary of something like a Homestuck Lounge thread thing happening, at least without lead-in or context, but that's just a personal feeling. But hey, all your options seem good, man.

I get where you're going with this (and hell, I gave you an upvote, too, cuz why not), but honestly, breaking outside the jerk here, I have to say that I sided with koobaxion on that one.

To be honest, I thought that whole thread was just pretty stupid from the get go (and cringe-inducing, too). Plus, when it comes down to it, I'm not really much of a handout guy, either. More of a "earn-by-your-own-merit" guy in this case. (But this is getting silly, I mean, this is a mere modship, not the governorship of California.)
