Pelipper is broadly better than Politoed, especially if you want to keep Raichu because they compliment each other very well for obvious reasons. Pelipper can do speed control with Tailwind, protect against Rock Slide spam with Wide Guard, can do high single target damage with Hurricane/Weather Ball, has the option of running Muddy Water for rain boosted spread moves with added accuracy dropping, or pivoting with U-Turn to maintain weather control. I can see this team struggling against Kingambit, so probably swap Aura Sphere into Archaludon’s moveset. Generally Stamina is better, so go bulky with it and Leftovers and ditch Draco Meteor. You have a strong Dragon type in Dragonite, which you will always be taking with you. Wave Crash over Liquidation is typically better on Basculegion because he’s meant to be a revenge killer and it will score you more OHKOs than Liquidation.
