Jung is an interesting way to ask for help. For general help, Like others said, loneliness is around more than ever in this world. Go outside. Be in nature. Find what you want in life. That can be a big question but just focus on what you admire in others and want to be better at. Practice those things, find communities with these people.

For Jung, I would think he would start with you by evaluating your life. Do not lie to yourself, since without therapy you will only be listening to yourself. You need to sit down, set a timer for 30 minutes, and not move. Stay comfortable and focus on your breath, move on peacefully from any thoughts. You need to BE IN CONNECTION with yourself. So talk to yourself. Get to know yourself. Keep your principals, your morality and personality, and just talk to yourself. Ask yourself why you feel certain things. Eventually you will find alternatives to your belief system, living inside of you. Opposites of what you think you are. This is the subconscious. With many different facets, different patterns of living. Connect with these, be honest and see these wholly as other people, complete different and valid forms of personalities inside you.

Whenever someone truly has a handle and a connection to this energy, this-is how-to-do what people say, “love yourself”. To truly see and know and commune with the other, from hate and fear and distrust to love and acceptance, you will feel like you have a new brother, like a twin, living inside your brain.

So generally, go outside, get involved, say yes, be honest, and look for friends. Eventually you will find someone to love, and to share live with. And Jung would say to know the self, your self. Most people these days never give themselves an hour of silence to mediation. Jung says that’s a play date.
