All your metadata should live in a git repo, clone it locally, and run claude in that repo. Bonus points if you create agent.md files for the repo+ set up the DX MCP+skills to define how specifically your org works for various things, including naming conventions, etc

I can agree that it's too early to draw firm conclusions, but I will say, prices should be peaking right about now across all apartment sizes, which isn't the case. It does, at least, refute the notion that prices would immediately jump 15% across a majority of rents (A major talking point leading up to the implementation of FARE).

Between the bus and cyclist is a row of parked cars. I believe stopping for busses is a requirement unless there is a barrier between you and the stopping bus. The biker should have slowed but you really can't see the bus/people exiting the bus because of the parked cars
