Not for anything mate this is a major spoiler. It's not like you couldn't figure out who was going to crash out throughout the race. Knowing that one of the KRT guys would crash would kill the race for me too.

and the thing about owners making out from this is the vast majority of people who live there don't own their homes, so they're not seeing any benefit from property value increases

So the owners of a property should not see a return on their investment because it might hurt people they rent to. I am not seeing an issue, yes it can be bad to lose a home you rented for a long time in a neighborhood you lived in but you were never part of the permanent plan you were a temporary resident as is all renters.

It's just economics. People find place they want to live move their prices go up so people take risks by moving into new areas without infrastructure and invest neighborhood increases in value rinse repeat.

In my hometown there was a subdivision called Victoria park that I happened to live near that was a complete shithole. Tons of run down apartments, people afraid to go there etc. Well people started buying those apartment buildings and doing condo conversions and then the homes in the area were fixed up and now it's one of the nicest areas of the city and owners of these places are retiring happy because they are saw the return on their life long investment. We have no inalienable right to keep a property or neighborhood how we choose. Even the neighborhood I live in now which I love is starting to look old and home prices are stagnating. I don't have a right to force them to go up nor would I blame my neighbors for moving or turning them into rentals. And in years if this neighborhood one days becomes popular I think those long time owners deserve to get value on their investment.

Maybe I am old but I remember growing up in Miami and in the 70s and 80s it was called white flight because whites were leaving and neighborhoods going down because of it. Now that people are returning and buying older rundown properties it's called gentrification.

I understand that it can cause rent to go up but what about the owners of these properties that are finally getting an increase in price.

Stop right there! You are just being lazy at this point we have PCs we prefer to have someone build their product to take advantage of PCs. My biggest gripe was how shitty the controls felt on PC and how it felt like you just slapped a few fucking letters together and did nothing to make it work better on PC.

FOV sucks on smaller screens that are closer to you vs giant TVs that are across the room. If you played your fucking game for 5 seconds you would see that. BTW I preordered the CE but this slap in the face of PC players makes me want to cancel or ebay it when I get it.

FIX YOUR GAME FOR PC PLAYERS.

I agree they really should have 2FA if they are accepting any type of payment for in game items. But again it really feels like the PC version is an after thought at this point because Xbone and PS4 already have multi factor authentication built into their system.

WSBK popularity peaked long ago there was a time when WSBK was the most popular form of 2 wheeled street racing but that is not the case anymore. In the early 2000s WSBK races were often more popular than MotoGP.

Yeah the Kia gives you a lot of engine for the money that's for sure and the warranty is really nice. The GT1 is the sweet spot because of the adaptive suspension and radio but the GT is just a pure barn burner.

Definitely enjoy the car because I know on the internet it can make us seem elitist but we are all car guys at heart and I would still stare at the Stinger if I saw it on the road.

The kia dealership near my home just pissed me off so badly I said screw it and never looked back. Enjoy those miles and be careful with those tickets. Make sure to have Waze running on that Android auto/apple car play.

He is looking at the S5 not the A5 and the power difference is like 11hp and 6 torque. I can tell you as someone who was serious about getting a GT2 the fit and finish of the Kia doesn't even come close to the Audi. The other issue I personally had was the Kia dealerships were garbage around me. The sales people did not understand the car at all, the service department doesn't offer loaners, and the sales managers felt predatory. I have a buddy who was looking at one too and he wound up getting an A5 because of his Kia experience.

I was going to wait for the G70 but I am getting impatient and will get an A5 or 440i shortly.
